Yes. The core planner — dashboard with On Track Score, retirement projections, Coast FIRE calculator, Social Security timing comparison, basic goals, portfolio suggestions, cash yield simulator, and plan saving — is free.
What does Premium cost?
$9.99 per month, with a 7-day free trial.
How does the free trial work?
You start the trial through Stripe Checkout, which requires a credit card. If you don't cancel within 7 days, you're charged $9.99 and the plan renews monthly until you cancel.
How do I cancel?
Open the app and choose Manage Subscription. This opens the Stripe Customer Portal, where you can cancel or update payment details.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Retirement Fastlane is a progressive web app (PWA) that runs in your browser and can be added to your phone's home screen.
Where is my plan saved?
Plans can be saved locally on your device and on the server.
Is this financial advice?
No. Retirement Fastlane is an educational planning tool. Results are hypothetical estimates based on your inputs and assumptions. Talk to a qualified professional before making decisions.
Who handles payments?
Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe Checkout rather than stored by the app.
What does the AI co-pilot do?
Premium generates AI-written educational insights and scenario analysis from the numbers you enter. It can be wrong and is not personalized advice.
Do I need to link my bank accounts?
No. You enter your own planning numbers.
